Quanta School, "Crypto Portfolio"
Asynchronous course on building a crypto portfolio for Quanta School: 23 lessons reworked with backward design; released free, 98 people completed it, average lesson rating 9.4/10.
About the course
An asynchronous course in three modules and 23 lessons, with videos of 10–30 minutes, on building and managing a crypto portfolio: from blockchain basics, exchanges and custodial and non-custodial wallets through fees, regulation, legal aspects and emotional resilience in high-risk markets, to DeFi, smart contracts, liquidity pools, staking and farming practice, and tracking tools.
I inherited a ready programme in August 2023 and became responsible for its quality; the rework ran through November 2023.

Analysis
Not involved
Design
Involved: Reworked the inherited programme with backward design: learning objectives per lesson (my initiative), a modular, non-linear end-to-end case study, and assignments between modules that build toward the final one.
Development
Involved: Ran the production cycle with experts: script writing, script review, deck creation, deck review, then video recording to the script. Wrote the lesson descriptions and LMS upload specs.
Implementation
Involved: Took the course from LMS upload to launch. After only 2 paid sales (both buyers very satisfied) it went out free: 800 of ~2,000 channel subscribers read the announcement and 98 completed the course. Later it was given free to community members who lacked a theoretical foundation.
Evaluation
Involved: Measured completion on the course platform (35%) and collected lesson ratings from 37 students: average 9.4/10 (94% CSI).
